Hi everyone.
🏁We are officially live.
While I am adding my session data for Phase 1 of the main programme this week (acting as the scout), your strictly focused action plan should be to:
πŸ‘‰ Go to the Classroom and Open "The Pre-Programme Foundations" Module.
πŸ›‘ Do not touch the weights yet. (Even though I know you all want to 😁).
Your Task: Watch the video on the importance and relevance of:
  • The anatomical alignment of the sternoclavicular and scapula mechanics.
  • The Grip and Setup routine.
  • Repetition execution.
Take your time. If you are unsure, Ask Questions. There is no rush.
Why do I want you to do it?
  • If you do not understand these positions and their relevance, you cannot press or pull safely.
  • If you can't feel the muscle you are training or experience your own failure level, you are just moving weight, not building muscle and strength.
  • If you skip any of the above, you will compound the reduction in the effectiveness of each subsequent Phase.
Only once you have mastered these basics should you consider moving that understanding into Phase 1.
