01: The Method — WHWIDO /we-do/
WHWIDO - said we-do - stands for Why, How, What, I Do. This course explains why the method exists, how it differs from the programmes that stalled you, and what you will actually do — because adherence is far higher when you understand why. One idea underpins everything: the right muscle doing the work in the correct anatomical plane on every rep with maximal load and tension. Start here, then open Phase 1 — The Foundation. Not medical advice — train alongside your GP or consultant.

02 - PHASE 1 - The Foundation
Every member starts here, whatever your age or training history. Phase 1 builds the base the method stands on: anatomical positioning, unlocking the sternoclavicular joint, and the neuromuscular adaptation that teaches the target muscle — not the compensators — to do the work. Training with a neurological condition or after injury? Your parameters are calibrated here. Then open Phase 2 — Establish Your Baseline. Not medical advice — train alongside your GP, consultant or MS team specialist.

03 - PHASE 2 - Establish Your Baseline
Progress you can measure starts from a baseline you can trust. In Phase 2, you establish yours: an eight-rep test through an anatomically aligned full range of motion with an isometric contraction focus, mapping your neuromuscular starting point — every load set from evidence, not guesswork. You will learn why your numbers matter, how they set your working parameters and what they mean, for everything that follows. Then open Phase 3 — Progressive Overload. Not medical advice.

04 - PHASE 3 - Progressive Overload
Mechanical tension drives adaptation — but only when the right muscle is carrying it. In Phase 3, the load climbs: progressive overload builds work capacity, while the recruitment quality from Phase 1 holds steady with each increase. You will learn how progression is paced from your Phase 2 numbers, and why loading this way beats the plateau. Log every session in the app as you train — course 05 shows you how. Not medical advice — train alongside your GP or consultant.

05: THE APP — Log, Track, Proof
Your training lives in the app — built for this method, not adapted from a generic tracker. Every session you log becomes data you can use: your loads, your progression pace, and the numbers your programme is set from. It is also your proof — the Outcome Promise is judged on a completed programme with sessions logged, so the record is your evidence. This course shows you how to set it up, use it, and read what it tells you. Not medical advice — train alongside your GP or consultant.

06: NUTRITION — Fuel the Adaptation
Training creates the stimulus; what you eat decides what your body builds from it. This course covers nutrition in service of the method — fuelling recovery, supporting muscle, oxidising fat — through eating you can sustain. It is grounded in evidence and five decades of training; Shaun himself eats a protein- and fat-dominant, low-carbohydrate diet. You will not be pushed into a doctrine — principles you can apply to your own food. Not medical advice — train alongside your GP or consultant.

07: SUPPLEMENTS — Evidence Over Hype
The supplement industry sells hope by the tub; the evidence supports far less of it. This course separates what is worth your money from what is marketing — what the research actually shows, and where it is thin or absent. No shock headlines, no influencer doctor or professor chasing views for the algorithm — no upsells and nothing to sell you. You will leave knowing how to judge a label, a dose and a claim for yourself. Not medical advice — train alongside your GP or consultant.

08: RECOMP — Fat Loss & Muscle Gain
Told you must choose — lose fat or build muscle? Recomposition is doing both; it is a matter of getting the order of operations right. The tool is metabolic flexibility: muscle as the engine, food as the fuel, structured patterns of one, two, three or four days as the multiplier, then repeat — training and nutrition working together to shift the ratio. The proof it works at any age: Shaun is 63 and DEXA-scanned at under 20% body fat. Not medical advice — train alongside your GP or consultant.

09: TRT — The Straight Facts
TRT is everywhere in the conversation and rarely explained honestly. The straight facts: what genuine TRT is — restoring a normal physiological range — versus the supraphysiological doses sold as "sports TRT", a very different risk profile. In the UK, testosterone is prescription-only: nothing here tells you to start it or shows you how to source or dose it. The aim is that if this ever involves you, you reach your doctor informed. 10: PEPTIDES — What the Science Says
Peptides are the fastest-growing corner of the performance market, and the least honestly explained. This course sorts signal from noise: the categories, where the human evidence is genuine, where preliminary, and where marketing runs ahead of the science. Many are not licensed medicines in the UK — nothing here tells you to use, source or dose them. The aim: trust no one, read the claims critically, and do not follow the hype. 11: THE RESEARCH — The Library of Giants
Every claim in this community traces back to something or someone — here is where you see the sources. The Library of Giants is the evidence base behind the method: the studies, the researchers, and the decades of work the whole approach stands on. Use it to check a claim, go deeper, or settle an argument with a citation instead of an opinion. I don't pass off others' work as my own or claim to know everything — I credit the source. 12: COMMUNITY — Q&A Replays
The method is the map; the community is where you walk it with other people. Around you are members training the same method at every stage and level. At the heart of the group are the Q&A replays: real questions, real answers. Stuck on a lift, a phase, or a decision? Ask it here. If I don't know, I'll find out — the replays build into a library of answers you can search. You are not training alone, and you are not guessing alone. 13: PHASE 4 — POWER
An optional powerlifting variant for members who want it — not a phase everyone needs to run. Phase 4 shifts the goal to muscle with maximal strength: lower rep ranges, heavier loads, and the technical demands of moving serious weight safely. It is built on the foundation, baseline and overload work that came before — this is not a starting point. Bring it into your training programme only when your earlier phases are solid.
