Quotes I can use in my grant application
I'm currently applying for a Grant to provide professional filmed content covering all aspects of the programme for the re launch in August I know several have made generous comments both in the other skool groups and on here But to make it official I have to ask for permission if you are willing for me to use any comment made in the application( no names added only initials) Hopefully only good comments please 😁

Content Going Forward
I never envisioned doing this, because I assumed that even if people were not members, they would at least make a voluntary Kofi donation for the extensive amount of information and time given. But sadly No. My Dad was right once again - I have too much faith in human nature 😁 To date (including group members ) I have answered over 48 peoples DMs for information, advice, help, links to various suppliers, dexa, blood testing etc and more I had Ai work out the timeframes for doing so excluding group members - the total time well over 200 hours for Fk all, sometimes not even a thank you. They have also used the info given and either passed it off as their own, or gone to a generic online coach paying £30 a month whilst still asking me questions which pisses me off even more. So, I may still go on the other groups, and may or may not choose to answer in general terms, but any expansive detailed replies will only be given on here starting June 1st. Its only fair thing to do for me and for you. The web page is now done - the back end has been altered - and I'm now starting on the improved app protocols. I've also completed a Powerlifting app for Barnsley College and IM doing an armed services prep option, added a hyrox version( still to finish ) Any questions or input as to what you would like or want please either add here DM for anything else Thanks Shaun

Eating To Grow
Thought i would post this here to maybe get more detailed feedback - i want to keep fit (cardio) whilst building muscle - i need to fuel this and get enough food in me to grow but i don't want to become mr blobby, im willing to take a hit on some body fat thou, but trying to minimise it - how do people determine how much to eat and what they need - how do you approach it - do you have 3 meals per day, do you have 4 ? or just maybe 2 ? how much meat do you aim for ? how much fat etc or do you keep it to just fatty meat -cheese and other dairy stuff ruin me and my goals so this is something i tend to keep away from, untiil the last couple of days 🤣 munch munch - lets see how everybody approaches this - im 6 foot 3 and 215 pounds

I normally eat twice a day and eat until Im full. Normally midday ish then 19:00. If I get hungry after that I have Greek yogurt with protein powder mixed in. Im going to re jig my eating based on Shaun’s answer to my thread on meal timing and training. When I was very much younger and bulking up, I ate 9 meals a day. 24 eggs. 12 pints full fat milk. 1lb cheese. 1 chicken. 1lb of milk powder. 8 slices of bread. Lots of salad and sometimes 3 pints of porridge. That gave me a weight gain of about 2lbs per month.

@Shaun Womersley nothing sad about that Shaun. We are all authors of our own destiny. The thing that makes me odd, apart from being short, thick and self destructive, is that I’ve always disliked sugar and anything that tastes remotely sweet. My biggest regret in my training, is not taking steroids when I was young. I thought I could do it all with hard work. As previously stated, thick as the skin on a navvies hands 🤪
