Bent over dumbbell row

Barely lol Ok so here's the result of the blood test to check testosterone levels. It's about double my natural levels, so I'll take it. But only a third of the levels I got from an identical dose in 2018 so there's definitely malarkey involved with the recently sourced product. However , it's adequate if not good value so I'll proceed to use it. Hopefully the market improves before I need to replace what I have. Hopefully I'll benefit in mood improvement and better body composition going forward

Shoulder twinges
I’ve had shoulder twinges for a few days now. It’s between the front and medial delt on both shoulders making dumbbell bench press and flyes, tight and painful. Any tips to alleviate this would greatly appreciate.
Weight stack issues
Ok so I'm enjoying using my fractional weights. But on some stacks they're shrouded so it's not easy to hang weights on the pin. Options are ? ( Other than switching to free weights) Thing's like this ? Most seem Olympic disc sized ?

Squats
Morning Team of Experts, I have a query regarding Squats - Ive put them into my routine - Hack Squats and also Normal machine squats and i intend on adding Barbell soon as i build up my stability and confidence - The issue im facing - i cant seem squat right down and it seem something kicks in like a lock to state NOPE we not going any further encase you cant get back up - is this just me or does everybody get like this ? I so badly want to master the Squatting side of things as i think doing it correctly will add a lot of gains

Great question. @Shaun Womersley perhaps you’d take a look at my form and rip me up. First squat in at least 15 years so not as planted as I was. 60kg just to feel some resistance. Feel free to be brutally honest as I know you will be
