Hello Ladies and Gents - I've been taking HMB on every gym day for a few months - my understanding its anti catabolic and it slows muscle breakdown down lol - so i always train fasted so ill have 1gram when i wake up along with EAAs and some BHB - ive only ever took this on gym days - can somebody explain why it would be worth adding this pre gym and also before bedtime every day and twice on gym days - so it would be like this :
