Content Going Forward
I never envisioned doing this, because I assumed that even if people were not members, they would at least make a voluntary Kofi donation for the extensive amount of information and time given. But sadly No. My Dad was right once again - I have too much faith in human nature ๐Ÿ˜ To date (including group members ) I have answered over 48 peoples DMs for information, advice, help, links to various suppliers, dexa, blood testing etc and more I had Ai work out the timeframes for doing so excluding group members - the total time well over 200 hours for Fk all, sometimes not even a thank you. They have also used the info given and either passed it off as their own, or gone to a generic online coach paying ยฃ30 a month whilst still asking me questions which pisses me off even more. So, I may still go on the other groups, and may or may not choose to answer in general terms, but any expansive detailed replies will only be given on here starting June 1st. Its only fair thing to do for me and for you. The web page is now done - the back end has been altered - and I'm now starting on the improved app protocols. I've also completed a Powerlifting app for Barnsley College and IM doing an armed services prep option, added a hyrox version( still to finish ) Any questions or input as to what you would like or want please either add here DM for anything else Thanks Shaun

I don't work direct to consumer but work in a business where my work is billed and utilisation is important to the success of the business I work for, so this sort of thing really winds me up. I don't understand people sometimes. I'll go find kofi.
24 05 26 General Update from original thread
Well, the updated backend training programme is nearly complete I will put the new stages 0 -1 -2 and the changes I have made for review and suggestions/explanations The changes include the specific clavicle and scapula activation drills for general mobility, but also rehab @Stuie Bee and clinical focus (i.e., MS and neuro impairment) These have been developed based on feedback on strength and stability outcomes from various group testing different protocols (not skool members) and additional research. So I appreciate any feedback and questions that you have. Most of you have gone through the initial Phases and are in Phase 3, but that gives you the opportunity to evaluate further and possibly try the other Phases to see if you notice any difference. @Alistair Laing @Ant Wynne Any help required regarding rescheduling workouts and types will also be covered. Some parts will be more relevant to each individual than others Phase 3 hasn't changed other than general feedback updates and a regression option suggested by @Gary Le Rosbifs You all know by now my focus on the Scapula Plane of motion and clavicular movement, which drives scapula position. There will also be a similar focus on the lower body, @Richard Clark Female-specific pelvis, hip, and knee will also be added @Davina Wasteney, @Sally McNamara, @Victoria Wadsworth This gets me onto the final skool sections Peptides Supplements and specifically Body Fat Loss Because if you don't know what is required, and how to Mobilise FFAs Transport and Oxidise them They will be re-esterified within 2 to 4 minutes. Thanks -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Magnanimous of you, great to watch you refine the offering.
Weight stack issues
Ok so I'm enjoying using my fractional weights. But on some stacks they're shrouded so it's not easy to hang weights on the pin. Options are ? ( Other than switching to free weights) Thing's like this ? Most seem Olympic disc sized ?

Oh great question, the stacks at my gym are matrix and they have two sets of graduations based on lbs (I use kg) and their fractional discs follow a non deterministic migration pattern (or so it seems), coming in 2.3 and 1.1. The fractional discs for barbells are excellent. I saw the body-solid weight stack adapters on amazon UK but just start with the gym equivalent of an easter egg hunt and carry the matrix fractional weights with me round my session.
YouTube
If possible, could you add any comments you make in the skool group about the training or the programme, into the YouTube video comments sections as well, please ๐Ÿ˜€ It will help drive up the numbers I know it's a pain, but I'm not allowed to post it ๐Ÿซฃ Thanks Shaun

See if it stirs up anything. What do you think? All this Social Media stuff is new, so I'm having a play around - pretty basic but I'm more bothered about the information tbh Makes me look older ๐Ÿคฃ

Looks fine to me. True test is A-B testing to see what works for your goal.
