This programme covers the full spectrum:
- The Novice building their first foundation.
- The Experienced lifter looking for precision.
- The Disillusioned seeking clarity after years of industry noise.
- The Master (50+) fighting for longevity.
Knowing where you sit on that spectrum helps me tailor the feedback and the future content.
I’ll go first:
- I am Shaun (63). But I tell everyone I'm 37😮- I started going backwards when I hit 50 😁
- My Goal: Maintaining muscle, strength, low BF, cardio and mobility for total physical independence.
- My Experience: 50 years of RT training ( All programs, various sports.
- My Frustration: The industry garbage that profits from confusion rather than clarity.
