Hi All - I'm new here (4 days into the program), and lost 1.6 lbs in 1 day! It's extremely encouraging to see something work so quickly and definitely gives me the confidence and hope that this program really will work. If anyone feels like sharing, I would LOVE to hear any good veggie hacks that your whole family ate (I have a 7 and 9 yr old) as mine typically like the "free" or the "no go" veggies (carrots, cucumbers, salads, potatoes, etc.). 🙏🏼 grateful to be here!
