Siete brand makes sourdough style tortillas… game change
OK many of you know, I love the siete brand. I just found sourdough style tortillas and highly recommend you guys testing and see if your body likes it. This company tends to use minimal ingredients and a lot of their products do not have sugar.

Costco is now selling the siete almond flour tortillas
Results to date
I am on day 12 and down a whopping 9.5 pounds! Never expected this so quickly. I tried on a pair of capris this morning that haven’t fit me in over a year and lo and behold they slid on pretty easily and did up. I am wearing them today, feels good! I am finally on the right path for me! So excited to see where this takes me! Have an awesome day!

🛒 My 3 Favorite Finds at Natural Grocers
I just dropped a video showing you exactly what I pick up when I make the extra drive to Natural Grocers — and trust me, these three are worth it. 1. Ezekiel Sprouted Grain Wraps These are my go-to. Sprouted grains are a completely different animal than regular flour tortillas — higher nutrient content, no blood sugar spike, and they burn slowly in your system. That slow burn is exactly what we want for balanced blood sugar and a fat-burning body. 2. Siete Crispy Taco Shells No corn. That matters. Corn is one of the lowest nutrient-density vegetables out there, so I skip it. Siete was recently acquired by PepsiCo, so the recipe may change down the road — but right now these are still a great option and I’m enjoying them while they last. 3. Cocoa Yo Probiotic Coconut Yogurt If you’re always wondering what to snack on, this is your answer. Low sugar, probiotic-rich, and honestly delicious for both adults and kids. This one checks all the boxes. Watch the full video to see exactly what I grab and why — drop a comment if you’ve tried any of these! 👇

Thanks for the tips. I have tried the Seite tortilla chips. They are really good. Appreciate the tips to widen my food choices. You mentioned cheese in your video. What cheese do you recommend? Happy Father’s Day!

The Truth About Red Meat That Most Nutrition Advice Gets Wrong
Good morning everyone. Quick check-in today: How are you feeling? How are you functioning? What updates do you have for me? I also wanted to share something important about red meat because it has been misunderstood for a long time. Somewhere along the way, red meat got lumped in with processed junk food and painted as something to avoid. But after 20 years in natural healthcare, I've seen some of the best body transformation results happen when people start rotating quality red meat back into their diet. Here's why: ✅ Supports metabolism Red meat is rich in zinc, iron, and B12, nutrients that help support thyroid function and healthy metabolism. Low iron is one of the most overlooked reasons people feel sluggish, low energy, and struggle with weight loss. ✅ Helps preserve lean muscle Red meat contains complete amino acids and naturally occurring creatine. More lean muscle helps support a healthier resting metabolism and better energy production. ✅ Supports brain function B12 and iron are important for the production of serotonin and dopamine. Sometimes brain fog, low motivation, and fatigue are not just stress-related, they're nutrient-related. ✅ Replenishes iron stores The iron found in red meat is absorbed far more efficiently than plant-based sources. This can be especially important for women who experience fatigue or are still cycling. ✅ Provides building blocks for hormones The body uses cholesterol and fats as raw materials to create hormones like: • Estrogen • Progesterone • Testosterone Your body cannot build what it doesn't have the materials to build. The takeaway? You don't need to eat red meat at every meal, but rotating quality, unprocessed red meat into your nutrition plan can be a powerful way to support your metabolism, muscle, brain function, energy, and hormones. Now it's your turn. What's your update today?

I have gone through my 40 days and beyond!! It has been a success due to the foods I’ve eaten. The majority of my meals are based on beef —we raise our own beef. Appreciate the fact we can eat real foods and see real results!!
