Cut the sweet tooth
Hi everyone! Experimenting with some very basic ingredients ! In my first week I had a bit of a sweet tooth and needed to curb it. 1- cut up 1 apple 2- Dusted the apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom. 3- Bake at 325 for about 12 minutes in the air fryer 4- Weigh your cooked apples—so surprised how much 4 oz cooked apples really is. Enjoy! PS- I used cosmic apples

Has anyone ever done the same with a pear?
Sparkling water vs flat water
Hi, I was drinking sparkling water, very little weight loss. Spoke with Dr Cody and realized that it was def hindering my weight loss. Changed to flat water and saw a big difference in weight loss

Forgot to pack
Yesterday is didn’t plan ahead for being gone from home during lunch. I stopped in to Whole Foods and went to the seafood department. They had boiled shrimp-requested 4 oz and had my protein. I also had an orange, cucumbers and broccoli. It kept me on track!
TESTOSTERONE
Good morning 🙌 Quick reminder to check in today, and don’t forget to send updates over the weekend as well. Daily accountability matters more than most people realize. The people who keep the weight off long-term… 1, 2, even 5 years later… are the ones who continue to measure and stay aware. You can’t manage what you don’t measure 👊 Now, something important for today… Testosterone. This applies to both men and women. Most people have been led to believe that after 40, your body just stops producing it. That’s not what I’ve seen. Your body is still fully capable. But testosterone is highly sensitive to your environment and signals. When your body feels: • Safe • Supported • Nourished • Consistent…it produces. When it feels: • Stressed • Depleted • Overwhelmed • Inconsistent …it conserves. That’s why things like: • Chronic stress • Poor sleep • Undereating • Blood sugar swings • Unprocessed emotions…can all lower it. Your nervous system doesn’t separate emotional stress from physical stress. If something is sitting under the surface… your body still feels it. And when that happens, it shifts into protection mode. Not growth mode. Testosterone is a building hormone. It shows up when the body feels safe enough to grow, repair, and expand. So instead of asking: “Why is my body not making this anymore?” A better question is: “What signals am I giving my body every day?” When you: • Sleep consistently • Eat enough • Eat on time • Stabilize blood sugar • Reduce stress • Process what you’ve been holding …your body responds. You’re not broken. You’re adapting. Keep going 👊
