My Personal Fast40 Success
I joined Fast40 in 2024 and initially lost 15.5 lbs and 13.25 inches—and I didn’t stop there. I kept going and ultimately lost 26 lbs total! I have felt amazing and have been able to wear clothing sizes I hadn’t been able to wear comfortably for over 10 years. Even better, the results have been easy to maintain. Through coaching with Dr. Golman, I learned just how much stress, hydration, and eating on time impact my body. Sweet treat recipe…
It’s been a lot of fun reintroducing foods back in my diet! I have been loving the Date Carmel I make and dip apple slices in! It’s super simple… pit about 10 dates and soak them in boiling hot water for 15 minutes. Separate out the water put the dates in a blender and pour half the water in with the dates as well as some salt and cinnamon! You can even blend it with coconut milk if you want. You blend it until it’s nice and creamy! I highly recommend this sweet treat!!! 🙌✨🤤
