Day 7 — Sitting Practice
Same sit. 5–10 minutes. Nothing to notice. Nothing to watch. Nothing to figure out. Just this. Just sitting. What was it like to sit every day for a week? What would be possible if you continued this practice? What are you curious about learning from me around this?
Curisosity
Self-awareness and the ability to learn and adapt are what actually sustain strong humans over time. People stay committed to knowing themselves, and they lead from curiosity. When something triggers them, they pause, accept what’s happening, and shift how they’re relating to it instead of reacting automatically. How do you lead or not lead from a place of curiosity?
Responsibility
What does it mean to take full responsibility for your circumstances? When you say you’re taking responsibility, what does that actually look like for you? Curious how you see it.

Day 6 — Sitting Practice
Same sit. 5–10 minutes. Just sitting. What did you notice about your practice today?
Game of shuffle
How fluid and nimble can you be? Yes, we need structure to get things but sometimes, shifts in priorities and time allocation fluctuate. And in order to still follow through and get to our destination (goals) as efficiently as possible, daily tasks have to be (re)shuffled. When this happens, sometimes I have to make an executive decision on the day to make the needed adjustments. It may feel uncomfortable to adjust that day, but this change also adds a level of excitement because there's variety in my week - at least for me. How do you react when these types of shifts happen and how easy it for you to adjust on the fly?
