Time flies
We're already in month 1 of the second quarter for 2026. How does everyone one feels in relation to the progress they're making to get to that next level by Jan 2027? If not happy with the progress and hitting these key milestone, what is it you feel you need to get to the next level? I thought of this after realizing how time flies and summer/fall will be here before we know it. For me, the first 3 months were about laying the foundation, this quarter is about liftoff and acceleration by getting the right support and focusing on strategic execution. .

I am on holidays and gaining even more clarity, I build, sit back check it out, when I hit the messy part, it is time to reassess, is it a me problem or a wrong path problem.
Mentors... what's the most valuable lesson you learned from a coach?
We all have that one mentor or coach that was instrumental in us becoming who we are today. Mine was my basketball coach when I moved to the US. Taught me about hard-work, discipline, being coachable, and being a selfless team player. You?

Defining Your Success
Does your definition of success require a positive mindset, or are you hoping to "get there" and then get happy? The happiness has to come first. What does "success" look like to you when you take the money out of the equation?

Hands down, happiness first!!! Otherwise what is the point, there are plenty of unhappy successful people 😪
A Big Shift
Something came through loud and clear for me this week. I started getting caught in my whirlwind, the very thing that I coach other people not to do. I know what to do to step out of it and I did it. I took some time out for me. Walks, Reading Coffee Date with Husband Guitar Playing Meditation Journalling (a little work, not alot) and a little of self reflection Today I feel great, ready to tackle the week ahead, but more importantly ready to keep going for that next level. I found a way to do it all and still have these in my life, I just got pulled off track, I am back and ready to continue going to that "next level" you share with us inside this community. Here is the biggest tip.....surround yourself with communities like this, people like @Brad Weyant that uplift and support your journey.
