Something came through loud and clear for me this week. I started getting caught in my whirlwind, the very thing that I coach other people not to do. I know what to do to step out of it and I did it. I took some time out for me. Walks, Reading Coffee Date with Husband Guitar Playing Meditation Journalling (a little work, not alot) and a little of self reflection Today I feel great, ready to tackle the week ahead, but more importantly ready to keep going for that next level. I found a way to do it all and still have these in my life, I just got pulled off track, I am back and ready to continue going to that "next level" you share with us inside this community.
