The entrepreneur's journey is not for the faint of heart, especially from a mental health perspective. It can be so easy to fall into feeling anxious, down, and even borderline depressive.
I say this because I have experienced all those things and realized, along the way, that I had to find ways to stay away from these emotions. That has included recognizing the "signs" and knowing what to do about them... for example taking breaks or a break!, remembering what I should be grateful for, and of course doing other (fun) things that are not related to anything business.
