Type One Reflection
I'm back from another short trip here and will get back to posting and making some more instructional videos this week. Notice today: Is there an area of your life where you're trying to be perfect when "good enough" would be enough? We all have some degree of all the types within us. So this may apply on various levels. Awareness begins when we see the difference between what is truly needed and what our inner critic demands.

Welcome back! The area that comes to mind for me is my communities. I have a tendency to want everything polished and perfect before I put it out there, when the reality is that people get more value from content that's real and timely than content that's delayed because it isn't "just right." Good enough and moving forward beats perfect and stuck every time.

Welcome @Melissa Watts! 😃
Type Two Reflection
Type Twos naturally focus on the needs, feelings, and well-being of others. Today, before asking what someone else needs, pause and ask yourself: "What am I needing right now?" Notice what arises without judging it or trying to push it away. Your needs matter too. ❤️

This hit at the right time. As someone who spends a lot of time focused on helping others, it's easy to forget to check in with yourself. Simple reminder, but a powerful one. ❤️
The Law of Seven
The Enneagram's hexad reflects what is traditionally called the Law of Seven. It reminds us that growth is rarely a straight line. We begin with enthusiasm and clarity, but along the way we encounter obstacles, distractions, and unexpected turns. These moments aren't signs that something is wrong, they are part of the process. The Law of Seven suggests that every journey has predictable points where conscious attention is needed to continue moving forward. Today, reflect on this: Where in your life have you expected a straight path, but found a winding one instead? Perhaps the detours are not preventing your growth. Perhaps they are part of it. 💬 Reflection: What challenge in your life might actually be inviting a deeper level of awareness?

This really hits home. The moments that pull me off course have a way of shining a light on what actually matters, more than any smooth stretch of road ever could. The "detours" are doing the work.
4 Enneagram Shorts Released
I just uploaded four short Enneagram teachings to the classroom. Enjoy! I'll do a few more intro videos and start diving deeper into each type after this weekend. Hang on as it gets really expansive from there.
