Time flies
We're already in month 1 of the second quarter for 2026. How does everyone one feels in relation to the progress they're making to get to that next level by Jan 2027? If not happy with the progress and hitting these key milestone, what is it you feel you need to get to the next level? I thought of this after realizing how time flies and summer/fall will be here before we know it. For me, the first 3 months were about laying the foundation, this quarter is about liftoff and acceleration by getting the right support and focusing on strategic execution. .

You are already whole and complete
You do not have to wait until things improve or once you finally figure it all out, but right now, in the middle of whatever is here. Even in the confusion, the doubt, the parts of you that feel messy or unfinished. There’s this subtle idea most of us are living with that something is missing, that there’s a gap we need to close, and if we just work hard enough or grow enough we’ll eventually get there. But what if that’s not actually true? What if nothing is missing? What if the sense that something is off is just something we’ve learned to believe over time? There’s a constant pull to change ourselves, to fix things, to become something else, and even that can keep us from actually experiencing what’s already here. When you’re always trying to become someone, you don’t really get to be yourself. This doesn’t mean life stops moving or that things don’t evolve, it just means you’re not starting from broken. You don’t have to earn your way into being enough. You already are. What does this bring up for you?

Great reminder (you already are)... So easy to forget šŸŽÆ
Thinker, Doer, or Relater?
Most of us lean relater? Thinkers stay in their head processing, analyzing, trying to get it right Doers move fast taking action, solving, pushing things forward Relaters focus on people connection, harmony, how everyone feels None of these are wrong. But most of us overuse one and underuse the others. That’s usually where things get stuck. Thinkers don’t move Doers don’t slow down Relaters avoid tension Just notice your default today. Where do you naturally go? And what’s the part you tend to avoid?

Mentors... what's the most valuable lesson you learned from a coach?
We all have that one mentor or coach that was instrumental in us becoming who we are today. Mine was my basketball coach when I moved to the US. Taught me about hard-work, discipline, being coachable, and being a selfless team player. You?

What could you have more of right now?
What is it that you wish you could have more of right now to help you get to the next level, if you could ask for anything ? Sometimes, taking the time to ask ourselves that question can helpšŸ¤”
