Meditation is part of my work for a simple reason.
Most of us are moving too fast to actually see what’s going on.
We’re reacting, solving, pushing forward, but not really noticing what’s underneath it all.
Meditation slows things down.
Not to fix anything, or become better but to just see.
To notice the thoughts running, the tension in the body, the patterns that keep showing within.
This brings up things you do not want to see and it will be uncomfortable.
This is the first step.
From here, something can begin to shift because you’re finally in contact with what’s true.
And when you can be with what’s true, without immediately trying to change it…
This is where real change starts.
When you actually pause… what’s there?
