Group plank challenge
It's been awhile since we've had a physical challenge in the group and I think it's time we kick one off. So, I'm starting a plank challenge for the next 30 days. Who's in? Rules: 1. You pick the amount of time for the plank to start the challenge, but you must be able do 3 sets of whatever that time is. With about 2 minutes rest in between each set for it to count. 2. Use proper form, no going swayback horse. 3. Check in with your start time and what your goal is for the end of the challenge. 4. Check in with the group regularly and let us know how it's going. 5. Have fun! My check in for the first day. I'm starting off with 1 minute and 30 seconds for the 3 sets. My end goal is 5 minutes for the 3 sets. We all have a different fitness level, so pick an amount of time that is feasible for you and let's have fun pushing our bodies together 💪🏻💪🏻!!!
Plank challenge
I've been on my planks everyday so far. I've increased my time by 15 seconds per set, that puts me at 1:45 for the 3 sets. Plan on being at 2:00 minutes by the end of the week. Anyone else joining the challenge? Let me know.

Update
Goodmorning. Amazing start to the morning started with dumbbell rows single arm, then jumped straight into 225 on the bench press moved really good. Still more workouts to crush just wanted to share. Im feeling sharper than I’ve ever been and im stronger than ever. I’ve Cut out the processed carbs, increased the calories and healthy fats proteins and carbs started training like an athlete instead of a bodybuilder. Dumbbells and resistance bands have been a game changer as well it has increased my bench and helped me towards my job at work. New year is going to be amazing goals staying the same but this year gave me reasons to work harder⚔️.
Update
Hey everyone processed carbs have been completely cut out of my diet and I’ve never felt so much better. Waking up I have so much energy a lot of fruits and of course the rice veggies and chicken I eat every single day. I use to eat a lot of candy or cookies even a whole cake I’ll wake up the next day sluggish with zero energy. That was one bad habit that I eliminated by first targeting the root. And the root was sweet cravings and that’s when the bad habit had been eliminated.
