Before the week starts ask ...
Many people begin their week already behind—in mind, emotions, and energy. They 'allow' the momentum of the previous week to carry them into the next one without pausing a moment to ask this important question: “Who am I becoming in the process?” After reading this in my morning reading reflection time it changed the way I go from reacting to leading. That question changed my life. From surviving the calendar to actually shaping it. Here’s a Sunday practice I’ve now begun. Do it and notice the difference tomorrow. Weekly Target Intention: Name your ONE core intention for the week. Not five. Not ten. One. The thing that—when done well—makes everything else flow. Identify what will try to steal your attention. The distractions. The doom scrolling. The unnecessary commitments Awareness will neutralize them. Commit to one habit that supports your mind. It could be box breathing, journaling, movement, or simply silence. Consistency beats intensity. When people skip this process, they enter their week fragmented. When they honor it, they enter aligned—and alignment accelerates everything. This is why what we learn from @Alan Belcher, from each other, helps us guide this rhythm daily. Because you don’t have to build resilience alone. You need a system, and a community, that trains you to stay aligned as you forge the man you are meant to be. That system, that community is here....Let's MMGA together brothers! 🔥💪🙏
