My wins for the week. 1. I had my most successful social media post ever. Facebook post hit 190,000+ views, 3,200+ likes, and hundreds of comments and counting. 2. My call with the automotive content creator went very well, and we've scheduled another call this coming week to discuss further. Probably leads to another coaching opportunity. I'm ready to learn. 3. Group call tonight. I hope to see all y'all there! That social media post blowing up wasn't me, it was the hand of God touching it. When the Almighty moves in your direction nothing can stop it! Get in alignment, give God the glory, and watch what the Creator can do.

I've been on my planks everyday so far. I've increased my time by 15 seconds per set, that puts me at 1:45 for the 3 sets. Plan on being at 2:00 minutes by the end of the week. Anyone else joining the challenge? Let me know.

This year got off to a hot start and it's just getting spicier. Tons of opportunities and things moving. I said I would only fight this year for charity or for the right amount of money. Well, I've been offered pretty close to the right amount of money. So I'm reflecting and contemplating. So manu things happening, it's hard to discern what to do. So the only answer is prayer. I've been praying , meditating, and just being present , listening for directions from the holy spirit. The most high authority, the creator, the redeemer, the father.. I'm listening closely and my faith is strong. I know when i follow the spirit, there is no wrong turn. Let me know how you're doing below. We haven't had as much group activities so far this year, so let's make sure we jump on super sunday and come together and support each other. It's been awhile since we've had a physical challenge in the group and I think it's time we kick one off. So, I'm starting a plank challenge for the next 30 days. Who's in? Rules: 1. You pick the amount of time for the plank to start the challenge, but you must be able do 3 sets of whatever that time is. With about 2 minutes rest in between each set for it to count. 2. Use proper form, no going swayback horse. 3. Check in with your start time and what your goal is for the end of the challenge. 4. Check in with the group regularly and let us know how it's going. 5. Have fun! My check in for the first day. I'm starting off with 1 minute and 30 seconds for the 3 sets. My end goal is 5 minutes for the 3 sets. We all have a different fitness level, so pick an amount of time that is feasible for you and let's have fun pushing our bodies together 💪🏻💪🏻!!!
