It's been awhile since we've had a physical challenge in the group and I think it's time we kick one off. So, I'm starting a plank challenge for the next 30 days. Who's in?
Rules:
- You pick the amount of time for the plank to start the challenge, but you must be able do 3 sets of whatever that time is. With about 2 minutes rest in between each set for it to count.
- Use proper form, no going swayback horse.
- Check in with your start time and what your goal is for the end of the challenge.
- Check in with the group regularly and let us know how it's going.
- Have fun!
My check in for the first day. I'm starting off with 1 minute and 30 seconds for the 3 sets. My end goal is 5 minutes for the 3 sets.
We all have a different fitness level, so pick an amount of time that is feasible for you and let's have fun pushing our bodies together 💪🏻💪🏻!!!
