Better than yesterday
Hello gents! December is here and after two thirty day challenges, absolutely no indulgence on thanksgiving just work; this is no longer a short term goal rather a way of life. There simply is no substitute for hard work and dedication. The ups and downs are going to happen that is life, takes the ups with humility and downs with grace. Tomorrow is never promised and if the bell rang for you this morning; get after it and remember: take no shit, do no harm.

Thank you, Tony for the Great Golden lessons that at least for me opened my awareness, to being a better man for my wife and family. @Alan Belcher Appreciate your notes, and especially you setting up this Epic Sunday call with @Antony Graf . You said it best brother: "This is part of being a whole man." This was an Awesome way to wrap up the Challenge with lessons on how as a "whole man" we can be there for our loved ones. That is what MMGA is about in forging a whole man. Your acronym SEAT fits great with Tony's message. After reading this in the morning reminded me to hold myself accountable daily. Forging body, mind, spirit. Then I saw examples of how Life IS GROWth. What are you doing to grow to finish either the 30 day challenge or finish the year stronger than before brothers. Share to inspire.

11 / 26 Check in: Excuses or Progress
This morning as I read this the words sunk in ...deep. It was a reminder what I do each day adds up by the end of a month...six months. So I vowed for each excuse that pops up to flip it into a way for progress. Unable to meet friends to practice sparring....did shadow boxing, bag work while honing technique. Recently a storm hit so unable to restock food supplies. Used the nutritious ingredients available along with from our garden. During storm unable to get to a gym...hit a workout at home. Coving strength, cardio, along with mental awareness (the awareness was looking out the window for 30 seconds then looking away, do my workout, then describe all I "saw" outdoors. Check does it match. This built my body, mind, and situational awareness in a game like way. This allowed me to see where I make excuses, can be turned into opportunities for progress when seen with this new perspective.
