I have started to attempt seed cycling, since I've seen so many talk about it, and it seems like an easy way to help your cycle. The thing is, I'm a little unsure if it's a legit tool or just some influencer that started a trend, because I've seen some decent argumentations, but at the same time, there are so many different versions of what seeds to put in what parts of the cycle.
What I read my way to is:
first part of the cycle. 1-2 tablespoons of - Linseed and pumpkinseeds
Second part 1-2 tablespoons of - Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.
This is still my first cycle trying it out, but I just wanted to know if anyone has experience with this or something clever to say on the matter :)
