One life. Your dream body. Let's do it together
I came to a realization these days: we have one life... Don't waste the opportunity to live your life in your dream body And I don't mean your "dream body" as some Pinterest aesthetic. I mean the body that feels powerful, alive, capable, and fully yours like you're in control. And how do you get there? By moving, working out, running, eating well, moving your lymph, showing up for yourself consistently. I want to give you that extra push, not just to start this year the right way, but to keep you accountable and motivated to follow through the entire year. So I want to propose something: a challenge or a mini club here in this community space. And here's why I'm thinking RUNNING🏃🏻: The simplest way to move without needing literally anything more than what you already have is to run. You don't need any equipment to start and no gym membership. We're all runners, some of us just haven't started yet So, who's in???? Before I come back with a format and structure, I want to hear from you first: - Would you be interested in a running challenge/club? - What would keep you motivated and accountable? - What would make this actually work for you? Drop a comment and let me know what you think. Once I hear from a few of you, I'll come back with some concrete proposals. Let's make this the year we stop talking about it and actually do it!!! Who's with me? Teo xx

New challenge [Are you in??]
Hiii loves, I'm sure you've seen the viral lymphatic drainage moves everywhere on socials: the hops, arm swings, body waves. They're trending for a reason, cause they actually work. I've been doing these movements in the morning for months now without even calling them "lymphatic drainage moves" and I've seen such a great shift in how my body feels and looks. Your lymphatic system is basically your body's cleanup layer. When it's moving (literally, lymph relies on movement), everything else works better: - Hormones = better circulation means better hormone distribution and metabolism - Digestion = reduced bloating and inflammation - Skin = improved circulation and toxin clearance - Energy = less inflammation = less your body fighting itself - Cycle symptoms = reduced congestion, better blood flow, less cramping So this shouldn't just be just a trend, should be a practice!! So we're making it stick together! I have a proposal for us here: A 14-DAY CHALLENGE! ⏱️ 5 minutes to 10 minutes daily ✓ Do the exercises ✓ Post your thoughts, how you're feeling, what you're noticing ✓ Show up for 14 days ✓ I'll support you with insights into how your lymph is connected to your cycle and hormones For now, if this sounds like something you'd love to join, drop a comment: "I'm in!" so I know I can count on you. And I'll come back with details! Teo x

Menstrual cycle hacks
I want to share some of my personal hacks for having a better period. Over the last four years, I’ve learned to truly listen to my body after dealing with extremely painful periods—cramps, vomiting, intense pain, and days when I could barely move. 1. water with electrolytes 2. cycle seeds 3.confort food and easy to digest 4. no sodas, no coffee, no gluten (there will be time for that). 5.walk at least 30 min per day, except for the 1-2 days of the period I normally do this 3 days before I get my period, but if you want to know more specific info drop a comment This info is base on my own body, my own research! I invite you to start your own journey ✨

@Shaista Dada im glad to hear you're curious about my work also. always happy to hare more, lets chat 😊 thank you very much for your food insights. I think i was on the right track then, as ginger, turmeric and all those goodies are a part of my diet already. feels like going to more ayurvedic/eastern way of eating actually really helps, as so much there is about the gut health. nice to hear that getting off contraceptives actually helped with cravings!

Let's talk about
Hey girls, I'm doing research about period education. I noticed that we are from all over the world, so I would like to know if when you got your first period someone took the time to explain the whole process of it or just gave you instructions about how the use a pad? I want to know if is something about my country or something cultural. Thanks

super interesting topic! I am originally from russia so we had 0 sex ed in school , except for biology class where you're taught NOT TO GET PREGNANT BY ANY MEANS haha I learned about pads and periods from books and girls magazines and then talking with girlfriends. Never actually asked my mom how it works. And haven't learned much about actual mentsrual cycle when i was younger. Just new the bleeding part 😅
