New week โ and I want to kick it off by setting some intentions together. But first, I have to share something that's been genuinely changing my days lately.
Four days ago I made a decision โ no more scrolling. Not just in the morning, all day. No mindless social media, no news, no disappearing into content that leaves me feeling worse than before I started. Just four days in and honestly? I feel like a different person.
I have more energy than I know what to do with. I'm more productive. I'm actually present โ noticing things, enjoying things, being in my life rather than watching everyone else's. My mornings feel calm and spacious in a way they haven't in a long time. And I've replaced that scrolling habit with meditation instead, which means I'm starting every day from a grounded, centred place.
It sounds so simple. But the shift has been anything but.
I'm not saying I've got it all figured out โ I'm only four days in and I know the pull is real. But I'm holding onto how good this feels and I really hope I can keep going ๐ฟ
