Tonight was something special ✨
We just finished our live session and I am still sitting in the energy of it. We started by going deep into something that I think shifted the way a lot of you see yourselves — why you feel the way you feel. Where the patterns actually come from. Why you can know something needs to change and still find yourself stuck in the same loop. And why that is not your fault. Not even a little bit. And then we did something I don't do often in a group setting. We went into hypnosis. 🌿 Not the stage kind. Not the lose control, cluck like a chicken kind 😄 The real kind. The kind that speaks directly to the part of you that is actually running the show — your subconscious mind. We used stories and metaphors — and here's why that matters. Your subconscious doesn't think in logic. It doesn't respond to willpower or good intentions or telling yourself to just be different. It thinks in images. In feeling. In story. And when you speak its language — something shifts at a level that thinking alone never reaches. Tonight people went deep. And I could feel it. I watched it again and I fell asleep, and didn’t wake up until I heard Bob’s voice. Maybe the singing bowl 🥣 at each number. Counting up.

Tomorrow night we have a live session and this one is a little bit different 🌿 We're not doing tapping, we're not doing a traditional meditation — we're doing something I've been really excited to bring to the community. We're going to start by having a proper conversation about why you feel the way you feel. Why the same patterns keep coming back. Why you can know something needs to change and still find yourself stuck in the same loop. And where all of it actually comes from. Because once you understand that — really understand it — something shifts. You stop blaming yourself. And that changes everything. And then — in the second half — I'm going to guide you through a hypnosis session. A proper one. Using stories and the language of the subconscious to plant something new at a really deep level. This is the kind of session that keeps working after it ends. You might notice something shift tomorrow, or the day after, or next week. The subconscious works quietly and in its own time. When was the last time you actually trusted yourself? Like really trusted yourself — made a decision without overthinking it for three days, spoke up without replaying it afterwards, or just felt genuinely sure of who you are and what you want? Because honestly? I used to find that so hard. I’d second-guess everything. Replay conversations in my head on loop. Look at other women who seemed so confident and comfortable in themselves and quietly wonder what was wrong with me. And the thing is — nothing was wrong with me. I’d just spent so long shrinking, people pleasing, and ignoring my own instincts that I completely lost the thread back to myself. Sound familiar at all? 😅 I feel like confidence is one of those things nobody really talks about honestly — like we’re all just supposed to have it figured out and if we don’t, something’s wrong with us. So I just wanted to open up the conversation today — Where do you feel your confidence take the biggest hit? 👇 Is it speaking up? Putting yourself out there? @Klaudia Moon lol 😝, having lived in the backcountry for 6 months, killing rattlesnakes in the summer and scaring bears off in the middle of the night ((I only did those things once…)), it was one of the best experiences and times of my life.
