Midweek Check-In + Monday's Aura Live Recap 🌿
Happy Wednesday, everyone! We're halfway through the week — how are you feeling? Drop a word in the comments. However you're doing, that's valid. Just wanted to pause and check in with you all today. Now, let's revisit Monday's session — Breaking the Loop. Such a powerful one, and I know a lot of you had real lightbulb moments. We talked about how every pattern that keeps repeating in our lives has three parts: the trigger, the reaction, and the result. The trigger sets it off. The reaction is the automatic response your brain fires without asking permission. And the result is the same outcome, showing up again and again. Here's how we worked through identifying the trigger: Step 1 — Name the result you keep getting. The outcome you don't want. The thing that keeps showing up in your life. Step 2 — Trace back the reaction. What do you do right before you get that result? What's the automatic behaviour — the thing you do before you've even thought about it? Step 3 — Find the trigger. What sets the reaction off? What feeling is underneath it — unseen? Criticised? Out of control? Rejected? Overwhelmed? Go to the feeling, not just the story. Step 4 — Trace where the trigger comes from. When did you first feel this feeling? Most patterns started long before the situation you're in now. Once you can see the loop clearly, you can start to interrupt it — by naming the trigger the moment it fires, pausing before you respond, and deliberately choosing a new response instead of the automatic one. You break the loop not by trying harder — but by catching it earlier. So here's my question for you today: What new pattern interrupter are you working on this week? Maybe it's pausing before you respond. Maybe it's naming the trigger out loud the moment you feel it. Maybe it's simply noticing the loop for the first time. Whatever it is — drop it in the comments. I'd love to see what you're all working on. 💜 Let's make the rest of this week count.

When Your Mind Won't Stop- NEW 5 Step Guide
That feeling when your mind just won't stop. 🌀 You know the one. When you are lying awake at 2am replaying a conversation. When your chest tightens before the day has even begun. When you are scrolling without knowing why and somehow that makes it worse. It is exhausting. And the harder you try to think your way out of it the deeper in you go. So I created something for exactly that moment. Introducing — Come Back to Now 🌿 A free 5-step guide for when you feel yourself spiralling This is not a workbook. There is no journalling required. No sitting down to reflect when you can barely breathe. This is something you pick up in the middle of the spiral and use. Right then. In that moment. Five steps that take you from overwhelm back to yourself. From your head back to your body. From the loop back to the present moment — where everything is always more manageable than your mind was making it. Inside you will find how to catch the spiral before it takes over, how to tell the difference between solving a real problem and just spinning, a body-based pattern interrupt that actually works, a two minute grounding practice and something I personally use every time — a way of calling yourself back home to yourself that I think you are going to love. Completely free. Yours to keep. Go and grab it below and in the resources section and save it somewhere you will actually find it when you need it 💛 Let me know what you think!

Today is the day we write our letters 💛
If you were with us on Thursday — you know what to do. Grab your pen, find a quiet corner and let’s do this together. And if you missed the session — don’t worry, here is everything you need: The three steps: Step 1 — Make the space Write down everything you are ready to release. The beliefs that have been holding you back. The patterns that keep repeating. The behaviours that no longer serve who you are becoming. Be honest. Be specific. Write it all down and then do something with that page — tear it, burn it, scrunch it up and throw it away. Make it real. Make the space. Step 2 — Write what you want instead Now that the glass is empty — what do you want to fill it with? Write your list. Peace, confidence, calm, abundance, self-trust, connection — whatever is true for you. Don’t edit it. Don’t be sensible about it. Just write what your soul actually wants. Write the letter to yourself This is the most important part. And today — with 8/8 energy still strong — the timing could not be better. Write a letter to yourself describing how it feels to already have everything on that list. Not what you want. How it FEELS to already have it. Write in the present tense, in the first person, with as much detail and emotion as you can. I love the feeling of waking up and feeling calm before the day even begins. I love how safe I feel in my own body. I love how I show up for myself now… Let yourself feel it as you write it. That feeling is the signal. That is how you communicate with your subconscious mind. That is how you make it real before it is real. And step 3 — once you know the feeling you are moving toward, think about one small action you can take every single day that gets you closer to it. Not a big plan. One thing. Consistent and intentional. I am writing my letter this morning and I am going to post my picture here — not the words, just the visual. Me, my journal, my cup of tea and the intention. I would love for you to do the same. Take a photo of yourself writing your letter today and post it below. You don’t need to share what you wrote. Just show us you showed up for yourself today.
Today is the day we write our letters 💛
Yesterday's Aura Live — What You Focus On Grows 🌿
Yesterday's Aura Live — What You Focus On Grows 🌿 What a session yesterday. We went deep and I loved every minute of it. Here's everything we covered — including the exercises — so you can keep working with this all week. Why the negative gets all the airtime Your brain is wired for negativity. On purpose. It's called the negativity bias and every human being has it. Your brain is designed to spot threats and problems faster than it spots the good — because for thousands of years, that's what kept us alive. The problem is your brain never updated the system. So it's still treating a difficult email or a worrying thought with the same urgency as an actual danger. And it replays the one negative thing on a loop — while the ten good things barely registered. This is not a character flaw. This is just how the mind works when you leave it on autopilot. What you focus on grows. So the question is — what are you currently feeding? The Two Wolves There's a story about two wolves fighting inside us. One is fear, worry, resentment, doubt. The other is peace, hope, love, possibility. A child asks the grandfather — which one wins? And the grandfather says: the one I feed. That's not just a nice story. That's neuroscience. Whatever you give your attention to gets stronger. Thoughts you repeat become beliefs. Beliefs become expectations. Expectations become your results. Why positive thinking feels fake We talked about this honestly because I think it's so important. If you've ever tried to think positively and it just felt hollow — that's not you failing. That's three things happening: You're trying to skip the emotion. If you say "everything is fine" when your nervous system knows it isn't, it calls the bluff immediately. You have to acknowledge what's real first, then gently redirect. You're fighting the paradigm. One affirmation said once won't move a programme that's been running for years. It's like trying to reverse a river with one thought. You redirect it slowly, with consistent new input.
