Can I ask you something a little personal? 👇
When was the last time you actually trusted yourself? Like really trusted yourself — made a decision without overthinking it for three days, spoke up without replaying it afterwards, or just felt genuinely sure of who you are and what you want? Because honestly? I used to find that so hard. I’d second-guess everything. Replay conversations in my head on loop. Look at other women who seemed so confident and comfortable in themselves and quietly wonder what was wrong with me. And the thing is — nothing was wrong with me. I’d just spent so long shrinking, people pleasing, and ignoring my own instincts that I completely lost the thread back to myself. Sound familiar at all? 😅 I feel like confidence is one of those things nobody really talks about honestly — like we’re all just supposed to have it figured out and if we don’t, something’s wrong with us. So I just wanted to open up the conversation today — Where do you feel your confidence take the biggest hit? 👇 Is it speaking up? Putting yourself out there? ✨ Day 15 — Identify Your Core Limiting Beliefs 🌙
By the time we're 7 years old, most of our core beliefs are already formed. And many of them were picked up through survival, not choice. Beliefs like "I'm not good enough." "I have to work hard to be loved." "My emotions are too much." "I'll never get what I really want." Here's the truth: if you don't examine them, you'll live by them. They'll shape your relationships, your confidence, your actions — all from behind the scenes. Then ask: "What must I believe to be creating this reality?" ✨ First — thank you to everyone who joined yesterday's live You showed up, you did the work, and you stayed present with yourself. That takes courage. I hope you're still feeling it. 🙏 If you want to keep the work going this week, here are your journal prompts from yesterday: 1. Where do I most often outsource my self-belief? 2. What am I afraid might happen if I trust myself more? 3. What decisions have I made in the past that proved I am capable? 4. What small decision can I make for myself this week? 5. What would acting from self-trust look like in practice? Sit with them gently.
