By the time we're 7 years old, most of our core beliefs are already formed. And many of them were picked up through survival, not choice. Beliefs like "I'm not good enough." "I have to work hard to be loved." "My emotions are too much." "I'll never get what I really want." Here's the truth: if you don't examine them, you'll live by them. They'll shape your relationships, your confidence, your actions — all from behind the scenes.
