Tonight's Healing Circle hit something deep for all of us πŸŒ™πŸ’›
I'm still sitting in the energy of it right now, honestly. The theme that kept showing up before we even started was loneliness. Chanin and I had separate chats with a few members beforehand and noticed something strange β€” so many of us were dealing with physical pain, infections, exhaustion. Eye infections, ear infections, mental health struggles. And right before the session, I pulled an oracle card that came up as "physical pain" β€” a message about how our bodies have been screaming for rest while we keep pushing through anyway. That set the tone for everything that followed. Chanin opened with a Mother Mary oracle card about asking for help β€” and honestly, this is where it got real. So many of us shared the same thing: we don't ask for help because somewhere along the way we learned that needing help means we're weak. That we should be able to handle it. So we just keep pushing, keep masking, keep hoping someone will notice without us having to say anything. If that hits you reading this β€” you're not alone. We all felt it tonight. The clearing that followed went deep. Loneliness. Disconnection β€” not just from other people, but from ourselves and something bigger than us. Suppressed anger we were never allowed to express. Grief over things that didn't happen the way we hoped. Guilt around wanting more β€” more love, more money, more joy β€” and feeling like we don't deserve to ask for it. There was a lot of upper chakra and throat work too. So much of what came up was about being silenced. Being told our truth was too much, too weird, too sensitive. Carrying that for years without realising it was even still there. By the end, women in the room were describing physical sensations β€” pressure lifting, tension releasing in the neck and shoulders, a sense of finally being able to breathe. One member shared she'd been able to cut an emotional tie to a past trauma she'd been carrying for a long time. Another said it felt like Chanin had opened up her own diary and read it back to her.

Confidence From the Inside Out β€” Yesterday's Aura Live Recap ✨
What a session yesterday. So proud of how honest this group got. We started by getting really specific β€” not "how confident are you generally" but which area is actually your lowest right now. Career, relationships, body, social situations, decision-making. Because nobody is uniformly confident or unconfident across their whole life, and vague confidence work doesn't go anywhere. Specific work does. Then we went investigating. Most low confidence in a specific area isn't random β€” it's connected to a moment, a person, a message we absorbed a long time ago. So we asked three questions, just for yourselves, in your own heads: 1. When did you first notice feeling unconfident in this area? Not the most recent time β€” the first time. The moment the seed got planted. 2. Was there a person attached to that moment? A comment, a reaction, a voice you're maybe still hearing now. 3. What did you decide about yourself after that? Not what they said β€” what you decided. Because that's the part that actually stuck and became the story you've been operating from ever since. The big reframe from the session: the story is old, you are not. That belief was a conclusion a younger version of you made with limited information. It's time to update the file. We talked about what confidence from the inside out actually means β€” not needing someone else's validation in that area, but quietly knowing your own evidence. Outside-in confidence is rented. Inside-out confidence is owned. πŸ““ Your Confidence Action Plan Here's the journal exercise we worked through together. If you didn't get to finish it live, do it now: Step 1 β€” Name the area. The specific part of your life you're working on. Step 2 β€” Name the old belief. Write the exact sentence you decided about yourself. Word for word, as harsh as it sounds in your head. Step 3 β€” Find one piece of contradicting evidence. A time this belief was actually proven false. Even a small one. Step 4 β€” Write a new, truer sentence. Not toxic positivity β€” just more accurate, based on the evidence you just found.

It's almost July, can you believe it?! 🀍
Let's get this week started strong. Before we dive in, I want to ask you something β€” what's your goal for this month? What's one thing you'd like to be better at, or feel more of, by the time August rolls around? Drop it in the comments, I'd genuinely love to know where your head's at right now. Speaking of growth β€” I have something pretty special to share with you today. My new mini course, Coming Home: Self-Worth & Inner Child Healing, is officially live inside premium πŸŽ‰ This one is close to my heart. It's a four-lesson journey into where self-worth actually breaks down, how to meet the part of you that's been carrying it, and how to build a completely new relationship with yourself β€” one that doesn't depend on earning love or proving your worth. Here's what's inside: Lesson 1: The Wound β€” understanding the childhood blueprint and where conditional love first took root Lesson 2: Meet Her β€” an actual guided process to connect with your inner child, not just think about her Lesson 3: Reparent β€” practical tools and real phrases to use the moment an old pattern gets triggered Lesson 4: Build New β€” simple daily practices that make this a lasting relationship, not a one-time fix Each lesson comes with a teaching, a guided audio practice, and a workbook to make it all practical rather than just conceptual. The benefit of this work is huge β€” when you finally understand and tend to the part of you driving so many of your patterns, everything starts to shift. You react less, recover faster, and stop needing to perform for love that was always meant to be unconditional. This is a premium course, but I wanted you to feel it before deciding if it's for you β€” so I'm unlocking Lesson 1: The Wound for everyone this week. No strings attached, just my way of sharing this work with you. If it resonates and you want the full journey, premium membership gives you access to this course plus everything else inside The Inner Shift Society. Thursday Check In πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
Hi all! I hope you are doing well. We have a great heat wave in UK this week, and I’m gonna say our houses are not build for that πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ My house currently reaches 30 degrees inside and gosh, I don’t think I can handle it anymore πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I have cancelled our Thursday catch up session as I don’t think I will be able to run it without passing out πŸ˜‚πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ What I’m gonna do instead, I will hop on a live call in here at some point to do live meditation. I’m not giving you a specific time because I want to figure out how to add music in the background πŸ˜‰ If you catch me live, feel free to join but I will do the recording to test the technicalities. Let me know how you guys feeling today ❀️❀️
🌿 Wednesday Reflection
Hey lovely, I want to share something I've been sitting with this week. Sometimes the things that look like confidence... aren't really confidence at all. They're fear, just wearing a really good outfit. Over-explaining yourself. Always saying yes. Needing to have all the answers. Staying busy all the time. Being "the strong one" for everyone else. Wanting everything to be perfect. I see this so often in the women I work with β€” and honestly, in myself too. These aren't flaws. They're just patterns we picked up a long time ago to feel safe. And they can be so sneaky, because they often get praised β€” "you're so capable," "you're so reliable," "you always have it together" β€” so we keep doing them, even when they're quietly exhausting us. I just want you to know β€” if any of this feels familiar, you're not broken. You're not doing it wrong. You just learned to survive by performing, and now you get to gently learn something new. πŸ’› Sitting with this today: 🌿 Did anything on that list feel a little too familiar?🌿 If you're honest with yourself β€” what is it protecting you from? No pressure to answer. Just notice what comes up, and be kind to yourself about it. Sending you so much love today. 🀍
