But emotions are not a flaw β€” they're information. They're not "too much" β€” they're communication. Your emotions are part of your power, not an inconvenience.
Today, we start honouring every part of your emotional landscape β€” not just the polished parts.

Today's task: next time you feel something uncomfortable β€” anger, sadness, guilt, fear β€” pause for 2 minutes. Name it. Validate it. Say out loud: "This emotion is valid. It has something to teach me."
