But if the change outside your business
becomes greater than the change inside it,
you are already on borrowed time.
The world changes.
Technology changes.
Markets change.
Customer behaviour evolves.
That does not mean we change everything.
The real skill in business is knowing
what to change,
when to change,
and what never should.
I stumbled across this short clip from nearly 15 years ago.
Different world.
Same principles.
Human connection still matters.
Brand still matters.
People still buy based on how you make them feel.
What changes is the how.
Not the why.
