Take Aim...
...or more specifically: STOP being so b1oody aimless! Most of my days are spent working with SMEs & entrepreneurs, or building businesses & property And it always comes back to one thing: Clarity of target... ...or NOT! We don’t aim at a vague area We aim at something specific Because if you don’t define the target You don’t/can't possibly hit it So take aim: - Where are you going? - What are you going to hit today? What are you going to hit this week? What are you going to hit this month? And bigger than that: What are you aiming for in the next → 1 year → 3 years → 5 years → 10 years Most people don’t fail because they lack ability They fail because they lack direction and specific aims They’re busy But aimless They drift They react They “see how it goes” That’s not a strategy That’s a gamble As Zig Ziglar put it: “If you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time.” So stop drifting Stop circling Stop hoping Take aim Be precise Be deliberate Don’t be a wandering generality Be a targeted missile Because success isn’t random It’s directed ..if you can't show me your specific goals and how you intent to get there i know that you will be just blindly working through another wasted week

I would add a little more to this mike. On one hand people don't have a plan , then for the few that have a plan they are too conservative.
Bitter or Better
Bitter or Better. People who work closely with me will have heard this before: Life isn’t smooth. It’s a yo-yo. Wins. Losses. Progress. Setbacks. Celebration. Frustration. That’s not a problem. That’s the game. That's the terrain But whatever happens… You’ve always got a choice. You can get bitter. Or you can get better. And most people? They get bitter: Angry at their parents. Angry at their partner. Angry at their kids. Angry at their boss. Angry at the government. Angry at everything. Let me ask you something. When has anger ever, ever, ever improved your situation? When has bitterness ever moved you forward? It hasn’t. Not once. It clouds judgement. Kills perspective. Keeps you stuck exactly where you are. Better is different: Better is ownership. Better is learning. Better is moving forward regardless. You don’t control what happens to you. But you do control what you do with it. Bitter or better. I know which one serves me. “Resentment is like drinking poison and then hoping it will kill your enemies.” - Nelson Mandela

Hi Mike , I would add that if resentment has got anyone a good result they should practice it wholeheartedly and get better at it . If it hasn't , they really need to re-read your message which is completely true and think how they can implement it .
A Day to do Nothing
Strange idea, isn’t it? A whole day… Where you deliberately do NOTHING. No emails. No “just one more task”. No catching up on the things you didn’t finish yesterday. Just… nothing. I’ll be honest. I’m as guilty as anyone. Like many entrepreneurs, I’ve been wired to believe that productivity equals progress. If you’re not moving, you must be falling behind. So we push: - Another email. - Another call. - Another “quick job”. Before long, even sitting still starts to feel uncomfortable. We’ve created a world where people actually feel guilty… For resting. But think about it for a moment: - Almost every culture. - Almost every religion. Has built in a day of rest. The Jewish Sabbath on Saturday. The Christian Sunday. The Muslim Friday prayers and gathering. The Hindu tradition of spiritual and family observance days. The Buddhist Uposatha days of reflection and stillness. Different faiths. Different traditions. But the same message: A PAUSE. Not to catch up on work. Not to do chores. But to reconnect: - With family. - With friends. - With community. - With yourself. And perhaps most importantly… To feel gratitude for what you already have, rather than constantly chasing what you don’t. The irony is this. When you stop pushing for a moment, your mind clears. Your thinking sharpens. Your creativity returns. Your energy resets. The best ideas rarely come when you’re grinding. They come when you step back. When you breathe. When you give yourself permission to simply be. So here’s a reminder. Plan a day each week to do nothing. Not “nothing because you’re exhausted”. Nothing because it matters. Spend time with your family. Take a walk. Read a book. Sit in silence. Reconnect with the things that actually make life worthwhile. Because success isn’t just about building a life. It’s about remembering to live it.

Very true Mike . It is important to have "rest and recuperation " goals as well as the other business ones we always focus on .
Keeping it Raw, Real & Relentless..
It is just another Saturday: No deadlines. No pressure. No one watching. Or is there? If the person you love most Son. Daughter. Partner. Was watching how you live today. If this was a fly on the wall documentary Filming every hour. Would they be impressed? Your work ethic. Your focus. Your discipline. The way you treat people. The way you treat yourself. Most people only perform when someone is watching. Growth is built when no one is. You do not have a time problem. You have a priority problem. So do one thing today. One thing that changes next week. One thing that improves a relationship. One thing your future self would thank you for. Send a message. Have a difficult conversation. Do the quiet work you keep avoiding. Or do nothing. And let it be just another Saturday. Choice is yours. Have a Great Weekend 👊
