Good morning Growth Syndicate, with @Mike Greene permission, on the Coffee call this morning, he mentioned to post any massive wins we have so here goes. Since last year and going from strength to strength, from wheelchair bound to taking first steps, and breaking through many of life's challenges I learnt I am "differently" abled and not disabled, initially from my first call with Mike. Part of my growth was speaking at Debbies Does Property London event, (*Thank you Debbie and Jeff) and finishing 300 miles in the wheelchair for Magpas Air Ambulance, raising over £11,000 last year. After many years in the making and with less than 6 months focused efforts myfamilyheritagevault.com was born and launched in December 2025, and now with the first sales underway we are gaining momentum. Only in the past week, I presented to a Care Home Group with over 250 care homes across the UK and they are interested in a roll out programme, which I am going back to present the proposal in around a weeks time. The first picture is at the table presenting my family heritage and also last week we exhibited the Wedding Box option this week on a request from a client. My mission is now to take this to a global brand, but dominate the UK marketplace first, putting in the steps to potentially license/franchise this. We are underway with trademark, copyrighting and supplier agreements to ensure the system is protected and replicable, having a background in ISO9001 QMS certainly helps! Huge shout out to @Mike Greene and the Growth Syndicate members who join the call weekly and are truly an inspiration, and gave me the fortitude and belief I can make this happen. Look out World, I am coming for ya!

I relate the Growth Syndicate calls as "plugging" into the artery..... (*Excuse the medical reference 🤣) As I feel I would miss out if I missed the calls on vital life and business mentoring advice that literally can change the shape of your business, and certainly, since last year @Mike Greene motivated me and, with complete focus, launched myfamilyheritagevault.com, and the sales are beginning to build. As a result of my ideal client profile, care homes are a great sector and through networking built trust to develop a meeting happening today with one of the largest care home groups in the UK! On the calls, I was given solid advice around the meeting today and have established a "Leave your family legacy" programme, based around the resident activities they already do, and I will present and offer it today to a small group initially, with the potential of a free box to one resident on a special birthday/anniversary. The strategy, ideas and formation would not have happened unless I had been on the calls, taken the advice and got off my a@se and made it happen. Guys, these calls are paramount to my diary and the growth of my business as I will grow this to a global brand, and thankful to Mike and the regular "crew" that inspire and motivate me further. If you want to grow your business, make these calls a priority! 🙏

Person Not Price
The moment you believe business is won on price, Your profit starts collapsing. And your business is at risk. Because ALL the evidence from more than 50 years of consumer psychology research says something very different (and i built a business tracking these behaviours/triggers across 20 countries. People DO NOT buy primarily on price. They buy on people. Across decades of behavioural and purchasing research the same drivers keep appearing again and again: - Trust. - Connection. - Reputation. - Confidence. - Perceived value. Price usually sits third, fourth, sometimes even lower. Yet when business owners panic about winning work, the first lever they reach for is the wrong one. They cut price. Which quietly destroys margin, weakens positioning, attracts the wrong customers, and starts a race to the bottom that nobody wins. Customers are rarely asking: “Who is the cheapest?” They are asking something far more human. Can I trust this person? Do they understand my problem? Have they helped others like me? Do I feel confident putting this in their hands? That is why two businesses can quote for the same job and one wins comfortably at a higher price. The difference is not the spreadsheet. It is the person: - Their credibility. - Their authority. - Their ability to make the customer feel safe, understood and confident. So the lesson is simple. Stop trying to be cheaper. Start becoming: - More trusted. - Better known - Recommended by third party - Better quality Because in the real world of buying decisions it is almost always: Person first. Price second.

The Wisdom Of Walt
Most people cannot answer one simple question. What is your mission? Not your job. Not your goals for this year. Your mission. Because when there is no mission… → No mission → No vision → No direction → No purpose You are simply reacting to life. A ship without a rudder. One of the most powerful leadership lessons I ever learned came from studying Walt Disney at the Disney Institute when it first opened to outside companies 30 years ago His mission was incredibly simple. “To make people, especially children, feel happy.” But that single line shaped an entire global organisation. Two principles from that experience changed how I think about business and life: → Creating “Magic Moments” → Obsessive attention to detail Neither requires huge budgets. Both require intention. Both create experiences people remember. And both can transform an ordinary business into something extraordinary. The real question is this: What is your mission?
