The subconscious mind Is far more powerful than most people realise. Most of us think we are steering our own lives. Yet psychology shows that the conscious mind contributes only a tiny fraction of our outcomes. Dr Joseph Murphy believed the subconscious shapes up to 95 percent of our future. Not through magic. Through repetition, emotion, identity and expectation. I call this the creative subconscious. The taxi driver that never argues. The driver who takes you wherever you tell him to go. The problem. He accepts every instruction without question. If you tell him I always get stressed I never have enough time I am terrible at selling I always mess things up He takes you there. If you tell him I can solve this I can grow I can change I can build the life I want He takes you there as well. Murphy put it simply. The subconscious does not reason. It only obeys. Or in his words “You are the captain of your soul because you have the power to choose.” This is why your internal script matters more than any strategy. Your beliefs write your future. Your thoughts set the destination. Your actions follow the map your subconscious drew months ago. So here is the challenge for today. Speak to your subconscious with intention. Give your taxi driver a clear address. Choose the destination you actually want. Repeat it until it becomes real inside you. Then act like it is already happening. Because once the subconscious accepts an idea It works day and night to turn it into fact. Where do you want your driver to take you next?

Really enjoyed the Coffee call this morning with @Mike Greene and a few of the hardcore Saturday group (*which led to another idea for the new business - thanks for the space to be creative). The follow-up Zoom call on the One Day, One Plan workshop, which I thoroughly enjoyed last week, sitting amongst like-minded individuals, who have become business associates and colleagues. Through the chat in the Growth Syndicate, I was chatting with Godfrey just now, and believe it or not, he is away for his Birthday weekend with his Wife, yet still took the time to dial in for our calls. That shows the power, and honestly, the business owners who are prepared to do what it takes, and that is why I dial in when I can and maximise every time I can. Well done @Godfrey Muneri. You rock, man! Today, I finished the plan for 2026, and I feel so much more in control, with clear measures, and it also gave me further inspiration and ideas. Hey Growth Syndicate - What a massive week, in terms of learnings and growth as a business owner! I thought I would share that for the past six months full of taking action, brought us to this very week, and with a 4am finish on Monday morning, we were ready for launch week on My Family Heritage Vault, the box capturing family heritage I have built, and now promoting in December. There were some real trials and tribulations in terms of launching the site, getting the Content Marketing Plan up and running, but we are all systems go and live! I can take a deep breath and now focus on delivering great marketing content, and the delivery systems kicking into action. Thanks @Mike Greene, and a few of the hard core Wednesday and Saturday club members, who have inspired me to be better and then the best in what you do. Was it all plain sailing? Hell no! Would I change anything? No. As I have learnt and grown through the process. This is massive win Number 1, rounding off 2025, and in January 2026, I hope to launch a coaching programme as well, and over Christmas, I have tasked myself to write the damn book, "There is light at the end of the tunnel". No stopping me now Mike, thanks again and "every day above ground", eh mate!
