šŸ‹ļø Training Tuesday: When Does the Negotiation Start?
Yesterday we talked about the negotiations we have with ourselves.
Today let's zoom in on training.
When does your negotiation usually start?
  • When the alarm goes off?
  • After work when you're drained?
  • When it's cold or dark?
  • When your schedule gets messy?
For me, training isn't a negotiation anymore.
It's Point 3 and 4 on my Foundation Protocol — the decision is already made.
But it wasn't always that way.
First, I had to identify when I was most likely to quit.
Then I built around that moment — before it showed up.
šŸ‘‡ Your turn (one line is enough):
"My training negotiation usually starts when ______."
Optional: What helps you shut it down?
