When does your negotiation usually start?

For me, training isn't a negotiation anymore.
It's Point 3 and 4 on my Foundation Protocol ā the decision is already made.
But it wasn't always that way.
First, I had to identify when I was most likely to quit.
Then I built around that moment ā before it showed up.
