Important. Not urgent. Breathwork? Important. Not urgent. Nobody's going to call you in a panic because you skipped your workout. But skip it enough and everything else starts breaking down. The fix isn't willpower. It's deciding in advance. When you plan your week before it starts, you protect what matters. When you wait and react? Urgent wins. Every time.
