Both food and workout. I am adjusting to a new lifestyle and routines in all areas. Basically trying to lay foundations for the years ahead. So establishing good habits are extremely important right now. Focusing on just one thing is much easier, this is like juggling. Some of it I was able to establish without much effort, some much more difficult. Sugar is addicting, we all know that. And trying to eliminate it in all forms, including artificial sweeteners, not relying on honey or "sweet" substitutes, is a real challenge. It's everywhere. So right now, it is one hour at a time...

Finally tackling going through stored items in the basement, some of which haven't been unpacked in over 25 years. Memento's from childhood, old family keepsakes, forgotten treasures. Some to be discarded, some to be displayed. Plus its a great time to do this when it's -2f outside...

Struggling but showing up. This is a time of upheaval and new routines in my life, major life shift. Didn't expect it to go like clockwork. I like how all three of your suggested comments are positive spin. That is the mindset you have to hold, to be successful. Look for the 99 times you do it right, not the one time you fall short.
