What do you do for your family — human or fur baby — that proves your love? Love these responses. This is what real love looks like — not easy, not convenient… but chosen anyway. My turn: Scary: Giving up weekends for 27+ years to run testing events, tournaments, and training camps. And those first few years? I was up before the kids woke up, home after they went to bed. Many days I didn't see them at all. The early years were really hard. Wouldn't trade it — but let's not pretend it was convenient. 😂 Daily: Morning massages for Colleen. @Colleen Reed First — I’m really glad you’re feeling better. That matters. And you’re wrong… those are NOT little things. Helping people. Dog sitting. Donating to a nonprofit. Showing up for a sweet Grandma. That’s impact. Some people call that “small stuff.” I call it making the world better — one person, one dog, one grandma, one cause at a time. That’s a big life. 💪
Ever feel like you're running around like a chicken with your head cut off?

Stephen Covey nailed it in 7 Habits: There's a difference between what's urgent and what's important. Urgent screams at you. Important whispers. Training? Important. Not urgent. Eating right? Important. Not urgent. Breathwork? Important. Not urgent. Nobody's going to call you in a panic because you skipped your workout. But skip it enough and everything else starts breaking down.
