Fueling during the tournament day
How would you suggest approaching fueling/hydration throughout a tournament day with multiple matches. For the longer time period I'm assuming protein should be in the mix? Still no fats? How do you handle the fueling/hydration between each round and how does that vary based on the time you have between matches (i.e. 30 minutes vs. 2+ hours and anything in between)? Thanks!

Back-to-back weigh-ins
Can you make a video going through tips and suggestions for how to manage weigh-ins on back-to-back days? Anything different you do to make weight for the first day? How do you manage things differently the first day of competition? What is your protocol from after you finish wrestling on Day 1 until weigh-ins Day 2? Thanks!

What to eat during a two day weigh in
I might of missed it but I saw where 30 complex 30 simple carbs drink water and then sip water what is good to eat throughout the tournament that will be all day. Same stuff? Or do we add some hamburger and eggs with it?
