Fueling during the tournament day
How would you suggest approaching fueling/hydration throughout a tournament day with multiple matches. For the longer time period I'm assuming protein should be in the mix? Still no fats? How do you handle the fueling/hydration between each round and how does that vary based on the time you have between matches (i.e. 30 minutes vs. 2+ hours and anything in between)? Thanks!
