Who has stuck to the meal prep that they prepped over the weekend?
I did well on Monday and Tuesday. Today, I did about half.

For me, today, I didn't feel like breakfast at home, I knew I had to get Starbucks for clients first thing in the morning, so I ordered egg white bites and a protein latte.
I thought I would be home by noon to get lunch, but I wasn't so ended up stopping somewhere to get and avocado toast.
I didn't pack any snacks. (a big no-no)
Finishing the rest of the evening off at home.
