Juicing does NOT cause candida.
It reveals it.
When you bring in fresh juices, especially fruit-based or higher natural sugar fruits, what youāre actually doing is stimulating the terrain of your body. Youāre increasing hydration, minerals, and cellular activity⦠and thatās when things that were hidden start to come up.
