Alright everyone, here’s the breakdown of what we’re doing this month so you can start preparing. As I explained in the video, last month many of you focused on supporting the liver and bile flow, which helps release toxins stored in the body. But the organs that actually remove those toxins are the kidneys and the lymphatic system. So this month we’re focusing on helping the body move those toxins out properly.
