Drinking water
I drink bottled water, either Buxton spring or Highland spring water I don't have a filtration on my tap water so I don't drink it, but do shower with tap water. I'm looking into distilled drinking water. Is ActiPH water ok to drink daily during heavy metal detox.

Age spots on hands
I don't always look at the back of my hands but ive noticed age spots, mortified. No idea how long they been there. Can this be reversed through detoxing, are there foods that can help with skin aging. I'm in my 50's but I don't really acknowledge my age. Ive seen other videos where just by changing the diet, it can de-age your skin .

@JoJo Light Thank you. That would be very helpful. I was also going to try castor oil as a topical treatment. But what we put into our bodies also helps. The spots are very faint but I don't want more, or grey hairs, again, I don't have a lot of grey hairs, but id rather have none. 😄💗

Detox Hunger Explained
Tamsyn asked a great question and I see a few of you experiencing the same thing, especially in the evening during detox. When the body begins detoxing, it can actually increase hunger signals for a few different reasons. First, detoxing requires energy. Your liver, kidneys, lymphatic system, and gut are all working harder to process toxins, heavy metals, parasites, and waste. When the body is doing this much work, it sometimes asks for more fuel. Second, detox can temporarily affect blood sugar balance. As toxins and stored waste start releasing from tissues, the body is adjusting metabolically and this can create hunger signals even if you ate recently. Third, parasites and microbes can also trigger hunger. When you start changing their environment during a cleanse, they often signal the body to eat more because they are trying to survive. Another very common reason is mineral depletion. Detoxing uses a lot of minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc. Sometimes what feels like hunger is actually the body asking for minerals or hydration. A few things that can help reduce detox hunger: • Make sure dinner has enough volume (vegetables, salads, fruit, fiber) • Stay well hydrated throughout the day • Add mineral support like cucumber juice, celery juice, or electrolytes • Herbal teas in the evening can help calm digestion • If your body truly needs it, a small fruit snack or smoothie is okay rather than forcing yourself to stay hungry Usually this phase passes once the body stabilizes and adapts to the detox. Tune in to your body and support it, but also remember digestion needs rest too. ✨ For educational purposes only. Always listen to your body and consult a professional if needed.

Thank you. This is very helpful. I usually eat an orange in the evening. That can help. Or a hot drink, I'll add sea salt to some hot water with lemon and ginger and cucumber, I'll see if that helps too. I try to ignore it too,, tell my stomach "you've not long been fed and you are not having anything else" 😅 mind over matter. Lol. Ive also found doing some relaxion breathwork., like vagus nerve breathing all helps with digestion.
