So i introduced to my mother, castor oil for her eyes and face. So this is just an update on the face. She did castor oil for a month and it was smoothing out skin around her eyes. Shes 70 by the way! Following month i did a little research on how the castor oil was working. Says it locks in moisture on the skin. So the next month i recommended rose water for my mum to put on before the castor oil. And honestly i saw her the other day and its been maybe 2.5 months since castor oil, and im shocked at how young her skin is looking and smooth. I dont think i could see wrinkles in her face anymore either. Im thinking i need to take my own advice haha and get with the program! 😅😆

My daughter Jessa is 15 today. You know she likes to do these cleanses with me, but she also loves chocolate. She had done really well not eating it for a couple of months, but for her birthday she wants a couple of chocolate things made. Today I’m doing some GF vegan chocolate donuts and this weekend one batch of brownies WITH chocolate sauce (because apparently there must be chocolate sauce 😂). I am making sure this time I don’t use any chocolate that has cane sugar in it. I wish I had some raw cacao but maybe next time. So we are indulging a little this weekend but then it will be back to preparing for our fasting and cleansing. 😁🩵🩵🩵😍

Alright everyone, here’s the breakdown of what we’re doing this month so you can start preparing. As I explained in the video, last month many of you focused on supporting the liver and bile flow, which helps release toxins stored in the body. But the organs that actually remove those toxins are the kidneys and the lymphatic system. So this month we’re focusing on helping the body move those toxins out properly. Here’s the schedule for March: 🔹 March 20–22 3 Day Water Fast 🔹 March 23–25 3 Day Juice Cleanse Zoom Check-ins during the fasting phase: • March 21 – 1am (30 mins long) • March 24 – 1am (30 mins long) After that reset phase we begin the deeper detox. 🔹 March 27 – April 5 The River Of Self Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse Zoom calls during this phase: • March 29 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 1 – 1am (30 mins long) • April 4 – 1am (30 mins long) The Kidney & Lymphatic Cleanse course will be released in about a week and a half, so use this time to start preparing your body for the detox phases coming up.
