➡️➡️➡️We weren’t lost. We were edited.
Have you ever watched a video on social media that just knocked you off your feet?
I did. This morning.
It's from a creator - @Gregisms (you can follow him on all the platforms - super funny guy - teacher) In this morning's video he talked about the heartbreak teachers experience watching children, between kindergarten and middle school, learn to edit themselves.
I don't know why the video grabbed me so hard but, on reflection, I think it sums up what we're doing here in The 3rd Act Lab.
Un-editing ourselves.
I know we're in there - under decades of life and responsibilities and roles and human interaction and experiences, but it takes some hard word to find it.
That's my goal here. Find our weird. Follow our weird... whatever it looks like.
❓❓❓Question: If you could un-edit one version of yourself now - who would she be?
PS: I stitched @Gregisms video on my TikTok account. It's a bit of a ramble, but it's a few more of my thoughts if you want to listen.
