Our first Guest Interviews for The Possibilties Lab are booked!
➡️I have the first three invitations sent to potential guests for our Possibilities Lab - two confirmed: 1. Creative Endeavors/New Economy Entrpreneur: A woman who launched a successful YouTube channel (in her late 70's) based on her lifelong love of cosmetics. Her channel (and upcoming program) focused on cosmetics for older women. 2. Lifestyle: A woman who has been a permanent international house and petsitter for the past 3 years. She house and pet sits all over the world and has not owned a home (or rented) in this time. 3. New Economy Entrepreneur (digital business) (Still to be confirmed) A woman who started a successful affiliate marketing/digital product + YouTube Channel after a big divorce in her 50's. I will add these to the calendar once all three are confirmed - and let you know so you can bookmark them. ➡️How these interviews will work: 1. Scheduled based on guest availability (not a set day/time) 2. Zoom calls; recorded with replays 3. Q&A (or submit questions prior to the interview). I will record them in 'speaker mode' (meaning we can't see all participants on screen like a typical Zoom) so that I can use the recordings later as an interview. 📍📍📍REMINDER AND REQUEST: The Possibilities Lab is where I interview interesting women who have started interesting things in their 3rd Act. Women who have launched new creative endeavors, have built an interesting, non-traditional lifestyle, have pivoted to 'purpose lead' activities (activism, non-profits and legacy work); and, new economy entrepreneurs (generating income online). If you're new to the community - I published a POLL where you can share register your preferences for guests and topics. 📍📍📍REQUEST: I am open to all suggestions for interviews. If you come across an interesting woman doing something interesting in her 3rd Act - and you want to know more from her - share her details with and I'll reach out for an interview (if appropriate). I am not shy. I will ask anyone... chuckle.

Me in the South of France. I joke that I identify as a French woman. The architecture inspires the artist in me.
[ME: Week #1|Prompt #1] Share the first three things on your inventory list.
Welcome to Week #1 of our first [ME] micro-experiment: Meet Yourself on Paper. We're starting the four inventories! Sometimes getting started is the hardest part, so let's keep this simple. Your Big Book of You, v2 should be approached like a grocery list: Bullet points, fast phrases, quick thoughts. The Quick Three: Scan your house, or your phone: What are 3 things you can inventory about yourself? Paste them below to get 'first posts' out of the way. Remember the inventories cover: Skills Interests Experiences and Lessons Dreams and Environment. And, we're simply getting in the habit of noticing ourselves and getting reacquainted with who we are. No need to analyze anything. I've put mine below. Now, your turn.

@Colleen Kochannek I liked your instagram post about your coffee table book on menu design. I might have to look for that.
Encouragement
I receive a weekly email from James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits, and this week’s message really stayed with me. It felt especially meaningful here in 3rd Act, particularly as we’ve been learning about the power of micro moves, so I wanted to share it. "It is nearly impossible to have your best idea the first time you think about something. The most likely way to uncover important insights is to frequently revisit a problem. The longer you're in the game, the more ideas bubble up to the surface. Time unlocks insights." I’d love to hear what this brings up for you. It feels like such a gentle reminder that small, steady steps really do add up over time.

@Colleen Kochannek he calls it his 3-2-1 Thursday. Here’s a link to sign up: https://jamesclear.com/3-2-1 The premises is 3 ideas (from him) 2 quotes and 1 question. They are easily digestible and thought provoking. You embody what it means to truly show up, and I value the honesty and clarity you bring. I’ve come to see that real change is shaped in the quiet moments when we stay with what feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable. There is something beautifully grounding about this way of moving forward in gentle, intentional micro steps.
