[ME WK 3; PROMPT 1] What if you just gave yourself permission?
When I was doing my inventories I found myself censoring items I'd 'allow; myself to add to the inventory, especially in the What I Want inventory. I'd tell myself: >> That doesn't really count. It's silly. >> I could never really do that. >> I don't think I could pull that off. >> Who am I to think I could do that? >> What would _________________ think? (Fill in the blank. This seems to be a universal fear we all have). >> Don't be ridiculous. That's so far out there. But, I gave myself permission to write them down anyhow. So, for today a question: What if you threw caution to the wind and gave yourself permission to write EVERYTHING down on your inventories. >> The stuff that feels 'too out there'. >> The stuff you don't want to admit (I had this in Lessons Learned and Experiences) >> The stuff you're afraid to want. >> The stuff you absolutely adore, but have never really admitted it to the universe before. Give yourself permission to write in ALL down.

Meet Yourself on Paper: A 30-Day Foundation Experiment
ACCESS FULL MICRO EXPERIMENT INSTRUCTIONS HERE This is the current micro-experiment inside The 3rd Act Lab. If you’re wondering what we’re working on or what to focus on right now - this is it. Every micro-experiment in The 3rd Act Lab follows the same structure: - ONE Question - ONE Experiment - ONE Outcome Meet Yourself on Paper: A 30-Day Foundation Experiment: ➡️THE ONE QUESTION: What changes when I stop guessing who I am—and start documenting it? ➡️THE ONE EXPERIMENT: Document yourself using the Inventory section of the Big Book of You. ➡️THE ONE OUTCOME: By the end of this experiment, you will have: - A completed (or mostly completed) set of inventories - A clear, visible record of your raw materials - Less guessing and more evidence ✴️THE EXPERIMENT (WEEK BY WEEK) 1️⃣Week 1 - Start the Inventories - Begin working through the four inventories in the Inventory section of The Big Book of You, v2 (pages 5–12). 2️⃣Week 2 - Continue the Inventories. Keep documenting: - Add what you forgot the first time - Notice repeats - Let memories surface naturally Still no analysis. Still no conclusions. 3️⃣Week 3 - Finish or Fill In Gaps: Complete remaining inventories or revisit sections that feel incomplete. 4️⃣Week 4 - Review What’s Now on Paper + Share Your Evidence POSTING RHYTHM - Mondays: I’ll post your weekly focus prompt with instructions - Fridays: I’ll post your reflection & evidence prompt. - In between: Use the Community thread as your sounding board. You do NOT have to wait for my prompts to share, ask for feedback or just talk out loud.

Why we get 'stuck' and what to do about it.
I was chatting on an Instagram live this morning and the topic of being 'stuck' came up. I feel like we often get stuck because we believe we need to 'fix' A, B and C (insert any uncomfortable emotion like guilt, fear of failure, lack of confience)... and then we'll go do the thing. The truth is A, B and C are always there. We need to bring them along for the ride
