Meet Yourself on Paper: A 30-Day Foundation Experiment:
➡️THE ONE QUESTION: What changes when I stop guessing who I am—and start documenting it?
➡️THE ONE EXPERIMENT: Document yourself using the Inventory section of the Big Book of You.
➡️THE ONE OUTCOME: By the end of this experiment, you will have:
- A completed (or mostly completed) set of inventories
- A clear, visible record of your raw materials
- Less guessing and more evidence
✴️THE EXPERIMENT (WEEK BY WEEK)
1️⃣Week 1 - Start the Inventories - Begin working through the four inventories in the Inventory section of The Big Book of You, v2 (pages 5–12). 2️⃣Week 2 - Continue the Inventories. Keep documenting:
- Add what you forgot the first time
- Notice repeats
- Let memories surface naturally
Still no analysis. Still no conclusions.
3️⃣Week 3 - Finish or Fill In Gaps: Complete remaining inventories or revisit sections that feel incomplete.
4️⃣Week 4 - Review What’s Now on Paper + Share Your Evidence

- In between: Use the Community thread as your sounding board. You do NOT have to wait for my prompts to share, ask for feedback or just talk out loud.
