[REPLAY] User Generated Content As A Possible Digital Income Stream?
Such a great interview with Megan Collier who spoke to us about getting into UGC (User Generated Content) as a way to generate digital income. Megan shared what UGC is, how to get started and why people in their 40's, 50's and 60's have such an advantage in this space. REPLAY and info HERE Already know you want to learn about UGC: JOIN MEGAN's UGC COURSE

Great interview, a whole new look at doing things outside of the box that I never thought of. Always wondered where they found "regular" people. Collen, I can see you stsuff for your future travels too.

Poll: Help me build our Possibilities Lab
I am fleshing out The Possibilities Lab - our library of 3rd Act inspiration. I want to make sure I’m finding the stories you actually want to hear. I’m looking for real women making real transitions. Not celebrities, but people like us who have reinvented their work, their hobbies, or their entire lifestyle. I already have a substantial list to invite, but want your input. 1️⃣Vote below on which category you are MOST curious about RIGHT NOW 2️⃣Then, drop a comment if you have a specific niche /topic (e.g., "someone who started a bakery") or even a specific person I should stalk (in a friendly way) on social media. I'm not shy.😉

I voted for #2 and I am also interested in 1 and 3. I get the digital business idea and continue to work towards the goal of launching soon. The thoughts I have are the logistics, Registering business name, how are taxes paid, if it's a service, a workshop, 1:1 sessions, are there taxes--I know that it is state specific. I find that very few people talk about these items. Maybe a Session or classroom course on some of these items would be helpful to me, not sure about others. Something to consider.
[REPLAY] Annie: House and Pet Sitter, Consultant and Author Interview
Hi friends, You can find the REPLAY and a RECAP of Annie McCormick's interview HERE. Annie is an international house and pet sitter, consultant and published author who has been nomadic for 3+ years. It was such a great conversation that covered topics from: >> Traveling the world at virtually no cost >> "Just try it and see" attitude about this non-traditional lifestyle in the 3rd Act >> Housesitting as the means to achieve Annies lifelong dream to travel and write >> Loving the freedom that comes from NOT having a home base or the responsibility of homeowernship. >> And, much more... Oh, and Annie is a published author with a lot of expertise in writing and publishing. I'll invite her back to discuss that specifically. For now, enjoy the conversation HERE. Cheers, Colleen

@Colleen Kochannek I agree, local first and the adventure begins. Could be so ideal and fun. Can't wait to hear more about this.
Trixie is on the mend
Hi, Thanks for checking on Trixie and our emergency vet visit. She's on the mend. We don't know if it was a seizure or something else. She does have early stage liver cancer and the bloodwork showed no progression - so that was good news.

Glad to hear that Trixie is on the mend, so hard when they can't tell what is wrong.

I will be moving January 5th and 6th to my new to me home in Indianapolis. I want to build on Skool, learn more about AI and need to continue to work full time for awhile longer. I want o finally be able to make money using skool and get ready to retire. Way out there....I would love to learn day trading and be successful.
