Youtube Channel is not giving me hope at all..

As with most of y'all I've started a Youtube Channel and have been uploading for a couple of months now, however I've never been truly 100% consistent.

I spent an entire day making my last video and it completely flopped. I'm talking 30 views. Normally I average 75-150..

Recently Youtube has mostly felt like luck. For example, a video on which I worked 3minutes gets more views than the one I researched for days.

As I mentionned I've never been fully consistent (biggest period was posting everyday for 2 weeks and that's when I saw growth)

So that may be the reason why, I'm not planning on stoppig uploading even though my brain is telling me to. I've just been wondering if someone who has been through stuff like this could help me out or just talk about his experience.
