Alright so I’m super proud of my lil bro, he’s only 8yrs old and he’s already started a youtube channel because he wants to follow my footsteps HOWEVER, This guy literally got 30 subs in a month and more watch hours in a couple of videos than I ever got. He posts gaming commentary videos and has posted 20 of them. Why is it that he’s getting more subs/views/watch hours than me? Should I consider starting a brand new youtube channel so that youtube pushes my new and better content? I’ve completely changed my content. Still in the self improvement niche but instead of just making talking head videos I’m now making short well edited films about it, telling stories. After 2 months, I've amassed: - 74 Videos - 8,459 Views - 100 Subscribers What should my goal for next month be?

Remember that getting a LOT of views doesn’t matter at all. Let’s say that you’re the type of guy who consistently tries to make videos with the potential of blowing up so that ONE DAY One of them will get ten’s of thousand’s of views and you’ll finally gain an audience. No. First of all, getting a video to blow up isn’t the magic secret to having a successful youtube channel because EVEN if that video blows up that doesn’t mean that you’ll have found your dream customer in there. Getting 1 LOYAL subscriber everyday who will actually watch your videos and become better all because of you, will be worth a lot more than whatever you had in mind when I said blow up. Because that ONE GUY will watch all your stuff, he’ll comment on every video, he’ll buy your products and he’ll do everything you want him to without even asking. Yes it’s SLOW but I don’t remember anyone saying it wouldn’t So stop trying to make a video blow up with low quality views and refreshing your analytics 38 times per day because it does not matter. What matters is WHO is watching your things because trust me if you manage to find just 10 loyal fans, you can go very far money-wise. So breathe deep and focus on giving out value and changing their lives.

I already have a skool community with about 20 members inside it which all got in for free. I’m building a funnel from my youtube channel which will eventually lead to a 1-1 call with me and then I’ll tell them about my community. In there we’ll have 3 community calls per week, 3 courses and one added every two weeks, they’ll be able to schedule calls with me, meetups, documents, etc.. Now it comes to the price question. I fairly have no idea how much to charge which is why I’m coming here. Considering that this community will be made specifically for the my avatar customer and will be able to change their lives, how much should I charge?
