Stuck in one place - getting out of a rut

Hi everyone, I remember being so excited when I joined this group. Somehow, I became infrequent here and that was NOT good for me.

So, here's the thing: my agency has been stuck in one revenue level for way too long. The reason, as I see it, is my inability to let go of current clients and hence not increasing my prices. Also, not being able to add on another service that will take this thing to the next level.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue in business? If yes, how did you get out of it?
